The Honourable Minister of Information, Muhammed Idris, has met with the Minister of Interior, Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, and the Ministry’s Permanent Secretary, Dr. Magdalene Ajani, to explore coordinated public communication strategies aimed at boosting security across Nigeria.

The meeting, held at the Ministry of Interior headquarters in Abuja, focused on the establishment of a unified communication framework that will improve the coordination of security operations in the fight against terrorism, banditry, and other threats.

Minister Idris emphasized the importance of strategic and synchronized messaging in strengthening national security.

“A coordinated and unified communication strategy will not only enhance public awareness but also support the operational efficiency of our security agencies in tackling terrorism and banditry,” Idris said.
