The hosts opened the scoring in the 23rd minute through Stanley Dimgba, setting the tone early in the encounter.
Chidera Michael extended the lead just eight minutes later, sending the home supporters into celebration.
Katsina United showed renewed energy after the break and earned a penalty in the 72nd minute, but Uche Collins’ effort was denied by Enyimba goalkeeper Kelvin Ogunga.
Enyimba sealed the victory in the 79th minute when Wonah Williams found the back of the net to make it 3-0.
The win takes Enyimba to 43 points, lifting them to 12th position on the Nigeria Premier Football League table.
