Akwa Ibom State Governor, Umo Eno, has directed all commissioners to submit detailed reports on their 2025 accomplishments and present clear projections for 2026, emphasizing strict alignment with the ARISE Agenda of his administration.
According to a statement from the Government House Press Unit on Tuesday, the governor issued the directive while opening a two-week ministerial briefing at the State Executive Council Chambers in Uyo on Monday. The sessions are designed to hold members of the Executive Council accountable and ensure that government plans are coherent and measurable.
“From today, the 12th of January, to about the 21st, we will be holding daily ministerial briefing sessions, taking presentations from members of the Executive Council, Ministries, Departments and Agencies,” the statement read. The initiative reflects the administration’s commitment to transparency, efficiency, and results driven governance as the state moves into the new year.
