The Dangote Refinery has reduced the prices of petrol and diesel by ₦100.

According to the refinery’s latest pricing template released on Tuesday, the gantry price of petrol has dropped by ₦100, decreasing from ₦1,175 per litre to ₦1,075 per litre.

The refinery also noted that the price of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS) for coastal supply has been fixed at ₦1,050 per litre, reflecting a slight adjustment to cover maritime distribution costs.

In a similar manner, the cost of Automotive Gas Oil (diesel) has been lowered to ₦1,430 per litre at the gantry. This marks a reduction of ₦190 from the previous price of ₦1,620 per litre.

The refinery pointed out that the prices at the gantry do not include fees from the Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority (NMDPRA).
