Prominent leaders of the All Progressives Congress gathered at the party’s National Secretariat in Abuja for a high-profile inauguration ceremony, signaling the start of activities leading to the 2026 National Convention.

Among the early arrivals was former Kano State Governor, Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, whose presence immediately drew attention from party faithful and stakeholders at the venue. Supporters thronged the premises, eager to catch a glimpse of the influential party stalwart as he made his way into the complex.

Shortly after, the APC National Chairman, Nentawe Goshwe Yilwatda, arrived to a warm reception. He was seen exchanging pleasantries with members of the National Working Committee, reflecting a show of unity and shared purpose ahead of the party’s next major milestone.

Also present was the National Vice Chairman (South East), Ijeomah Linus Arodiogbu, who joined other party chieftains as deliberations commenced. His participation further underscored the broad representation within the party’s leadership structure.
