A chieftain of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), Dele Momodu, has predicted that former Vice President Atiku Abubakar could defeat President Bola Tinubu in the 2027 presidential election.
Momodu said the North would rally behind Atiku in the same way it supported the late former President Muhammadu Buhari.
Speaking on Channels Television’s Sunday Politics, the former presidential aspirant noted that Atiku has been preparing for the presidency since 1999, when he stepped down in support of MKO Abiola.
