Super Eagles stars Terem Moffi and Zaidu Sanusi were pivotal as FC Porto secured a 2-1 away win over Stuttgart in the Europa League Round of 16.
Moffi opened the scoring after a slick combination with Borja Sainz, while Zaidu set up Rodrigo Mora for the winning goal. Stuttgart pulled one back before halftime through Deniz Undav, but Porto held on to claim the crucial victory.
Despite Stuttgart’s early pressure, Porto remained the more dangerous side throughout the match, with Zaidu missing a close-range header and substitute Pepê testing the Stuttgart goalkeeper late in the game.
The result gives Porto a strong advantage as they look to advance in the Europa League.
