David Egbede, April 15, 2026April 15, 2026

Operatives of the CP Special Assignment Team (CP-SAT) have recovered one pump-action gun with three live cartridges abandoned at Ekiugbo, Ughelli North Local Government Area, Delta State.

According to the Delta State Police Command, the recovery is linked to an earlier murder case in which suspects were arrested and remanded. One fleeing suspect, allegedly connected to the Supreme Vikings Confraternity, is still at large.

Authorities say efforts are ongoing, in collaboration with local vigilantes, to track down the suspect and recover more evidence.
