Israel has recorded another death in the ongoing conflict with Iran, increasing the toll to 12.
This comes after Monday’s Iranian cluster bomb strike in central Israel.
Israel’s largest hospital, Sheba Medical Center, made this disclosure to ABC News on Tuesday morning.
Local hospitals and Israel’s national emergency services report that the latest casualty raises the country’s death toll from Iranian attacks since the conflict began on February 28 to at least 12.
Officials noted that this figure does not include an individual who suffered a cardiac arrest during one of the attacks.
The conflict erupted in late February when the United States and Israel launched airstrikes on Iran, resulting in the deaths of Iran’s Supreme Leader and several top government officials.
