A prominent member of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), Nafiu Bala, has expressed fear for his safety following the deepening crisis within the party.
Bala admitted he regrets his involvement in the internal disputes, noting that he never expected the situation to spiral to its current level.
According to him, the aftermath of the political disagreements has placed his life at risk.
“I regret my role in the ADC crises. I did not know it would reach this level. My life is in danger,” he said.
The ADC has been battling internal divisions, with rival factions trading accusations of sabotage, leadership imposition, and anti-party activities.
Bala’s concerns add to growing tensions within the opposition party, as uncertainty continues to surround the ongoing conflict.
