Former Vice-President Atiku Abubakar has revealed that the 2027 general election will mark his final bid for the presidency.
Speaking during an interview on Arise TV on Wednesday, Atiku said, “This (2027) will be my last shot. The stakes are higher, because I believe that would be my last chance.”
The former vice-president has contested the presidency multiple times without success.
He was also the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the 2023 general elections.
