‘Your Pain is my Pain’ — Mutfwang Sympathizes With Palm Sunday Attack Victims

Plateau State Governor Caleb Mutfwang has sympathised with residents of Angwan Rukuba in Jos North LGA following the Palm Sunday attack that has deeply unsettled the community.

In a statement on the incident, the governor said, “Your pain is my pain,” while assuring citizens of the government’s firm commitment to restoring peace and safeguarding lives.

He also pledged that justice would be served.

Security has since been reinforced in the area, with additional personnel deployed to forestall further violence, while authorities continue efforts to support victims and evaluate the extent of the damage.

Mutfwang further called on residents to remain calm and work closely with security agencies, emphasizing that the government is determined to do everything possible to protect lives and property across Plateau State.
