Senator Osita Ngwu, who represents Enugu West and serves as the Senate Minority Whip, has officially resigned from the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) and joined the All Progressives Congress (APC).
His defection letter was read on the Senate floor on Wednesday, further reducing the PDP’s representation in the chamber to six senators.
