Supporters advocating for good governance on Wednesday stormed the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) office in Abuja as part of the ongoing “Save Democracy” protest.

Many of the demonstrators were dressed in branded “Operation Save Our Democracy” T-shirts, while others carried red and white placards bearing various inscriptions.

Among those present were protesters and supporters of Aisha Yesufu, Mama Pee, Peter Obi, and Rabiu Kwankwaso, alongside several other activists.

The atmosphere at the venue was vibrant, with demonstrators chanting solidarity songs such as “We no go gree,” while others demanded leadership changes, including calls of “INEC Chairman Amupitan must go.”

Meanwhile, prominent leaders of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), including Atiku Abubakar, Peter Obi, Rabiu Kwankwaso, and David Mark, were reportedly preparing to lead the protest at Maitama Roundabout in the Federal Capital Territory.
