Bayern Munich Break Long-Standing Bundesliga Record with 102nd Goal

David Egbede, April 11, 2026April 11, 2026

Bayern Munich have etched their name deeper into Bundesliga history, smashing a 54-year-old record after netting their 102nd league goal of the season.

The milestone came courtesy of Leon Goretzka, whose 53rd-minute strike against FC St. Pauli pushed Bayern past the previous 101-goal record set in the 1971/72 campaign.

That legendary squad featured icons like Franz Beckenbauer, Gerd Müller, and Uli Hoeneß.

With five games still to play and the title race nearly wrapped up, Bayern aren’t just winning — they’re rewriting history.
