Human rights activist Omoyele Sowore has stated that detained leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, is preferable to Yoruba activist Sunday Igboho.
Speaking to journalists on Monday, Sowore described Igboho as a nuisance and challenged him to confront him whenever they meet.
His remarks came in response to reactions trailing a recent rally he led in Aba, Abia State, where he expressed solidarity with Kanu and called for his release.
According to him, the likes of Igboho are being used to scare people from standing up against what is wrong.
The activist also stated that if President Bola Tinubu is truly supported by 33 governors, he should not be afraid of rally.
“It’s heresy comparing Sunday Igboho to Nnamdi Kanu. Kanu is far better than Igboho.
“I don’t know Igboho too well, but I’ve always stated that his own brand of politics is what they call Amala politics in Oyo state, it is politics of chop l chop.
“What Sunday Igboho is going to quickly realize is that he’s going to be in the hall of infamy,” Sowore said.
