Grammy-winning Nigerian singer, Burna Boy, has set a new milestone by becoming the first African artiste to earn over $1 million from a single concert in Oceania.
The achievement came during the Sydney stop of his No Sign Of Weakness tour at Qudos Bank Arena in Sydney on October 18, 2025, where the show generated about $1.117 million.
According to tour analytics platform Touring Data, the tour also became the highest-grossing by an African artist in Oceania, pulling in $3.1 million from more than 31,000 tickets sold across four concerts.
Data from the platform revealed that the Australian leg sold 30,946 tickets at an average price of $100.94, bringing in an average revenue of $772,791 per show.
The No Sign Of Weakness tour featured 20 performances across three continents — North America, Europe and Oceania — further cementing Burna Boy’s global success.
With this feat, Burna Boy has now become the first African artiste to gross over $1 million from a single concert across three different continents.
