Former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar, on Thursday night held a closed-door meeting with key stakeholders of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) in Adamawa State.
Atiku made this known via his X handle on Friday.
“Last night, I met with stakeholders of the Adamawa State African Democratic Congress (ADC).
“We reviewed the current state of our party, particularly regarding the ongoing registration of members and mobilisation efforts. We are confident about where we stand now and enthusiastic about future prospects,” he wrote.
Atiku is widely expected to contest for the ADC presidential ticket ahead of the 2027 general elections.
