Key leaders of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) and the Turaki-led faction of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) are currently in a high-level stakeholders’ meeting.
Those present include ADC National Chairman, Senator David Mark; former Vice President Atiku Abubakar; former Kano State Governor Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso; and Labour Party’s presidential candidate in the last election, Peter Obi.

Also attending are former Attorney-General of the Federation, Abubakar Malami; former SGF, Babachir Lawal; former Rivers State Governor, Rotimi Amaechi; and Senator Aminu Tambuwal, among others.
From the PDP bloc, participants include Oyo State Governor Seyi Makinde, factional National Chairman, Professor Jerry Gana; former Senate President, Adolphus Wabara; and former Niger State Governor, Babangida Aliyu, alongside members of the party’s National Working Committee.
However, Bauchi State Governor Bala Mohammed, who was expected at the meeting, was noticeably absent.
The meeting follows a protest earlier in Abuja, which began at Maitama Roundabout and moved towards the INEC headquarters.
